After a career of over 30 years working as a Consultant Adult Psychotherapist in the NHS, the voluntary and private sector, Carmen is now working in private practice.
Besides clinical work, (including individual, couples and group psychotherapy), supervision, teaching and consultancy, she is interested in providing specialised analytic groups for mental health practitioners. Carmen also provides a specialist group online for Doctors which is suitable for medical practitioners of any discipline, stage in training or status within the profession.
Another major area of her clinical practice is couples counselling, focussing not only on the couple's relationship difficulties but also on intersectionality factors(cultural, religious, ethnicity, gender) that play a part on the couple relationship dynamics.

Philippa has considerable experience spanning over 40 years, working as a counsellor and psychotherapist, with individuals, groups and families, within the NHS, Social Services and Voluntary organisations. She has supervised and trained on Intercultural Therapy and Group Psychotherapy Training Courses. She was employed as a Consultant Psychotherapist for NHS Psychotherapy Services where she worked for 29 years. Philippa is now in full time private practice.
She is a qualified Group Analytic Psychotherapist and Individual Psychodynamic Therapist, with an interest in working across the spectrum of human distress.

Jessica has been working for over 20 years as a psychotherapist and counsellor in the NHS, the University of London and in private practice.
She currently supervises and teaches on several training courses for psychotherapists and counsellors and is in private practice in Islington/Hackney, North East London where she offers short and longer term individual psychotherapy, Jungian Analysis and group psychotherapy. She is a Group Analyst and Jungian Analyst with over 20 years post qualification experience and is a member of the Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the NHS.
Among her particular interests and involvements are working with relationship issues, with helping people to develop their potential for more rewarding and creative relationships with one's self, partners, friends, family and one's work. She runs a group for people who wish to develop their creative potential.

Ros is a qualified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and a professional member of the Association of Group and Individual Psychotherapy (AGIP). She has over 30 years experience of working with individuals and families on a professional basis, both in the public sector and in a private capacity. In particular, she has worked with people who have experienced abuse and/or emotional deprivation, bereavements, or severe loss or who suffer from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, identity issues, or a general feeling of an inability to relate to other people. She has extensive experience of work related issues in both business and public services. Ros offers supervision and is an Approved Supervisor and Training Therapist.

Cynthia Rogers has the capacity to make complex problems manageable. She brings real listening skills and great kindness to therapy while thinking from a psychoanalytic, systemic and psycho-social perspective. Cynthia is a Training Group Analyst, teacher and supervisor for the Institute of Group Analysis. She has been much in demand as a lecturer for over 20 years. Her seminal paper on projective processes in groups is a standard text. She has worked in the voluntary sector with young adults, in the NHS and also in independent practice in Dulwich with individuals, couples and groups. Her current academic interests are researching the psychotherapy profession, thinking about the needs of GPs and writing about larger groups. The early results of her research, which focused on the difficulties therapists experienced in their work, were published by Wiley as “Psychotherapy and Counselling a Professional Business.’ in 2004.
